Roav for Agencies

White-label client travel without a heavyweight portal.

Agencies get a paid workspace from day one after trial: custom branding, client-level retention, staff seats, and usage-based active or preserved client billing.

Workspace

Client trips can carry your operating model and brand.

The agency track is built for advisors and boutique agencies that need client-specific travel workspaces without building custom software.

Branding

Client spaces can carry the agency brand.

Agency workspaces include custom branding, agency-scoped themes, and an optional custom domain add-on.

Metering

Billing follows active client work.

Active clients bill while draft or active trips exist. Preserved clients keep completed travel retained at a lower monthly rate.

Capacity

Client limits match the Legacy tier.

Each active or preserved client gets Legacy-equivalent traveller, follower, photo, document, and trip capacity.

Billing

Agency pricing lives with the agency workspace.

After the 30-day trial, the platform fee starts and client billing follows active or preserved status. Add-ons cover BYO domains and extra staff seats.

Trial

30 days free, no card required.

The agency workspace, client spaces, and preserved clients are free during trial. The platform fee starts automatically after trial.

Platform

$19 per month.

The agency platform fee begins automatically when the 30-day trial expires, regardless of client count.

Active

$15 per active client per month.

A client is active when they have any draft or active trip during the billing period.

Preserved

$5 per preserved client per month.

Preservation keeps completed client trips retained indefinitely while the agency pays the preservation meter.

Domain

$19 per month for BYO custom domain.

Agencies can add a custom domain such as trips.theiragency.com as a monthly add-on.

Seats

$15 per extra staff seat per month.

One agency staff seat is included, plus one additional included seat per active client. Extra seats are metered monthly.
